With over 18 years of experience in the fertility field, Lena Amador is a highly trusted, deeply empathetic patient care professional who serves as Director of Patient Experience and Concierge Services at Reproductive Centers of America (RCA). Lena is not only the front-line voice and face of RCA—she is also a steady, compassionate guide for intended parents from their first inquiry to their final embryo transfer and beyond.
Lena has worked alongside Dr. Joao Feldman de Pinho since 2019 and is widely recognized as one of the most dependable, sincere, and integral members of the RCA team. With formal training in early childhood development and liberal studies, her passion for patient care is innate. Her warm, upbeat demeanor, paired with exceptional multitasking ability and cross-departmental coordination skills, has made her a beloved figure among patients, staff, and leadership alike. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and regularly supports international patients with personalized attention and cultural sensitivity.
